It is pointed out that this Court in connected matter bearing First Appeal Nos. 168/2015 by order dated 27.08.2019 has dispensed with the filing of private paper book.

But this fact was not brought to the notice of this Court, therefore, the conditional order was passed on 17.12.2024 directing the appellant to file the private paper book within stipulated time in the present matter. 3.
