By this criminal writ petition the petitioner seeks a direction against the respondents to categorize the petitioner in one of the categorizes as per the Government Resolutions, for his premature release.
Since the application made by the petitioner for his categorization is pending with the respondent nos.2 and 3, we dispose of the criminal writ petition with a direction against the respondent nos.2 and 3 to take appropriate steps for sending the proposal of the petitioner for his categorization to the appropriate authority for a decision on his application for his premature release, as early as possible and positively within four months.
