Heard learned counsel Ms S.S.Deshpande for the applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri S.A.Ashirgade for the State.

Learned counsel Ms S.S.Deshpande for the applicant submits that the applicant is a lady aged about 43 years old and she is in jail since last 2 months. She submits that allegations are against main accused. She submits that nothing is alleged against the present applicant. Hence, she prays for grant of bail in favour of the present applicant. 3.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri S.A.Ashirgade for the State submits that main accused is son of present applicant and there was conspiracy between them. Moreover, the applicant tried to destroy evidence and, therefore, the application of the applicant is liable to be rejected.

Perusal of report shows that nothing is alleged .....2/-
against the present applicant. Complainant did not find anything on spot of incident.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri S.A.Ashirgade for the State submits that at the time of spot panchnama handkerchief and purse of mobile found, but the complainant immediately reached to spot of incident he did not find except dead body of his father. The applicant is lady. She was in police custody remand for about 4 days. Further detention is not necessary. Hence, following order is passed:
ORDER
(i) The criminal application is allowed.
(ii) Applicant be released on bail on executing a P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety of the like amount.
(iii) The applicant shall not tamper with evidence of prosecution witnesses.
(iv) The applicant shall attend the trial Court on each and every date.
(v) The applicant shall not leave the jurisdiction of trial Court without prior permission.
(vi) With this, the criminal application stands .....3/-
disposed of accordingly.
