The applicant has filed a writ petition before this Court against the non-applicant. When the writ petition was on a stamp, for non-removal of office objections the Registrar (Judicial) passed the order dated 05.01.2015 rejecting the writ petition. Against that, an application for restoration is filed. Since it was barred by limitation, an application for condonation of delay is also filed. (2) On 21.04.2017, notices on these applications were issued. Office note shows that the non-applicant is duly served. In spite of that till today nobody is appearing for the non-applicant nor has filed the reply opposing the applications. The applications are on affidavit. Since the statements of facts made on affidavit are remained uncontroverted I pass the following order:

ORDER
i.
Both applications are allowed.
ii.
The delay is condoned. The order passed by the Registrar (Judical) dated 05.01.2015 is hereby set aside. The writ petition is restored to the file.
iii.
The counsel for the applicant shall remove the office objection within a period of four weeks from today. JUDGE Wagh
