Heard.

Perused the charge-sheet and the reply of the prosecution. Perusal of the charge-sheet, at this stage, raises suspicion against this applicant. However, I could not come across any more circumstances which would provide a reasonable foundation to the suspicion so raised against this applicant. Even otherwise this applicant is a woman and on this count also along with the material so far collected by the police, in my view, she is entitled to be released on bail. The application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant be released on bail on her furnishing a P.R. Bond of Rs.50,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like sum on the following conditions :

The applicant shall attend the concerned police station on every Sunday between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. till conclusion of the trial.

ii. The applicant shall regularly attend the trial Court and co-operate with it in expeditious disposal of the case.

iii. The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses in any manner.
