This misc. civil application is for restoration of the writ petition which was dismissed on 2.3.2016. 4.

Though in the application it is stated that the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution, order dated 2.3.2016, which is annexed along with this application, shows otherwise.

The writ petition was filed by the applicant/petitioner challenging order passed by the Presiding Officer CGIT_cum_ Labour Court, Nagpur dated 23.9.2014 by which the Tribunal granted monetary compensation to the applicant/petitioner in lieu of the reinstatement. The award sates that compensation to be paid within stipulated period failing which the amount will carry 8% interest.

Learned counsel for respondents submitted that as per award passed by the Tribunal respondents have already paid .....2/-

In view of the aforesaid, in my view, the application is required to be rejected and the said is rejected accordingly. JUDGE !! BRW !!
