Learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 4 seeks permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant. Permission is granted to withdraw the amount equally amongst respondent nos.2 to 4 and 6.

In view of the above, the civil application is allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clause.

CIVIL APPLICATION (F) NO. 1099 OF 2020 Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to add applicant as party respondent.

Permission is granted.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the first appeal is already disposed of in National Lok Adalat.

5-CAF-763-22 The civil application is allowed and disposed of, in terms of prayer clause.

The newly added applicant is also entitled to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant as per her share.

Amendment be carried out accordingly.
