DATED : 04 -02-2019 Order dated 21.1.2019 would reveal that after interviewing applicant no.1 and non-applicant no.2, matter was adjourned for today for parties to come to some amicable settlement, with reference to amount of permanent alimony to be paid to non-applicant no.2. Learned counsel for nonapplicant no. 2, on instructions, makes a statement that she is ready to accept reasonable amount whatsoever is paid to her. However, learned counsel for applicant 1 submit that he being labour, is unable to pay any amount. Admittedly, charge-sheet in this Crime No. 107 of 2017 is filed before the competent Court at Akola. In that view of the matter, learned counsel for applicants seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file application for discharge. In the circumstances, leave as prayed is allowed. Application stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
