The appeal of the petitioner against removal from the post of 'Gram Rojgar Sevak' be decided expeditiously and in any case within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 3.

Apart from above, the order granting stay dated 20.02.2025 is informed to be not yet implemented.

Once the Appellate Authority passes an order of stay, it is for the said Authority to ensure implementation of the same, for which the respondent no.2-Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Amravati, shall take steps in the matter.

With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
