Heard Shri M.V. Mohokar, learned counsel for the applicant/ petitioner, Shri S.P. Deshpande, learned Additional GP for respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 4 to 7, Mrs. M.R. Chandurkar, learned counsel for respondent No. 3 & 9 and Shri V.B. Bhise, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 10 & 11.

The learned AGP is seeking time to file appropriate reply. However, the application is pending since long and it does not in any way affect the nature of main relief.

PIL is still to be admitted. Hence, we allow the application for amendment. The necessary amendment be carried out within one week. The respondents to file their reply/ additional reply, if any, within a further period of two weeks.
