This is an application for pre-arrest bail.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant to some extent perused the investigation papers it reveals that the proclamation is already issued against the present applicant in view of the observation of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Abhishek v. State of Maharashtra in Criminal Appeal No.869/2022 dated 20.05.2022 the application of a proclaimed offender for anticipatory bail itself is not maintainable.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the same.
