2] Though, it is contended that what was being transported was 5 brass earth, the use of the same was clearly contrary to what has been permitted by the notification dated 01.11.2021, inasmuch as the reply filed by the petitioner himself before the SDO indicates that the ordinary earth was not being used for his own purposes in his own land, but for the use and purpose of his neighbour. 3] I therefore do not see any reason to interfere in the impugned order. The petition is dismissed. No costs.
