10th April, 2017 The applicants, who are the legal heirs of deceased sole petitioner, have applied for condoning the delay of nineteen days in bringing their names on record and setting aside abatement.

Heard.

Though the prayer for condoning the delay and setting aside abatement is opposed by the learned AGP for respondent nos. 1 to 3, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. The delay stands condoned and abatement is set aside. -0-0-0-0-

Civil Application No. 464 of 2017 :

The applicants, who are the legal heirs of sole petitioner, have applied for bringing their names on record of this Writ Petition following the death of petitioner.

Heard.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The applicants are permitted to bring their names on record as legal heirs of deceased petitioner, for which purpose, time of one week is granted.

Civil Application stands disposed of.
