This application has been filed by six applicants seeking leave to intervene in the present proceedings principally on the ground that at their behest the action as proposed by the respondent no.1-University has been initiated. Shri S.P. Bhandarkar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has no objection to the impleadment of the applicants. In that view of the matter the applicants are permitted to participate in the present proceedings. They be impleaded as the respondent nos.4 to 9. The application is allowed and disposed of.

WRIT PETITION NO.2348/2021.

Leave granted to correct the cause title as regards the respondent no.3. Issue notice for final disposal of the writ petition returnable on 27.07.2021.
