In view of this judgment of this Court and the calculation made by the parties, the joint pursis is placed on record.

According to this pursis, the claimants are entitled to withdraw Rs.89,956/-, appellant/acquiring body is entitled to get refund of Rs.33,90,906/- along with the accrued interest thereon.

Hence, the present application is allowed. The claimants to withdraw the amount and acquiring body to get refund the amount as stated in the pursis with interest accrued thereon.

The Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
