The learned counsel for the applicant Mr. Thakur seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to approach this Court again if there is no significant progress in the trial in the next six months.

I am informed that charge is not as yet framed. 3.

The learned trial Court shall frame the charge within the next thirty days and shall proceed with the trial expeditiously. If there is no significant progress in the trial in the next six months the applicant shall be at liberty to approach this Court again for bail.
