DATE : 19.07.2016 The only prayer made by the petitioner in the instant petition is for a direction to the Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Society, Amravati to decide the complaint made by the petitioner under the provisions of the Maharashtra Money Lending (Regulation) Act, 2014.

Mrs. Deshpande, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents states that the complaint of the petitioner is pending before the Deputy Registrar and the same would be decided within four months. By accepting the statement made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, that would be binding on the respondent no.2, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs.
