(1) The petitioners would give up the challenge to the impugned orders of the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Bhandara, dated 4.2.2015.

(2) The petitioners would be at liberty to file appropriate application before the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Bhandara for staying the Change Report Enquiry Nos.119/2010 and 561/2011, if Writ Petition No.1221/2015 is either allowed or the order of the learned District Judge, challenged therein is stayed.

(3) No order as to costs.
