This is an appeal challenging the judgment and order passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Nagpur dated 27-07-2017 in Petition No.A-661/2016 whereby, learned Principal Judge of the Family Court dissolved the marriage between the appellant and the respondent by decree of divorce under Section 13 (i) (ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. 2.

This appeal was admitted on 20-07-2018.

Today, when the appeal was placed before the Court for the reason that the appellant-husband has not filed the private paper book, at that time, the learned Counsel for the appellant Shri D.V. Mahajan makes a statement before the Court, that he has instructions to withdraw the present appeal in view of the settlement that arrived in between the parties. 4.

Statement is accepted.

Family Court Appeal No.12/2019 is disposed of as withdrawn. No costs.
