Civil Application No. 1019 of 2023 This is an application for condonation of 357 days' delay in filing application for restoration of the writ petition.

After going through the reasons stated in the application, though the learned A.G.P. is opposing the present application, I am of the opinion that since the sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant for condonation of delay, the delay needs to be condoned. Accordingly, the Civil Application is allowed. The delay is condoned.

Misc. Civil Appln. St. No. 5469 of 2023 For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The writ petition is restored to its file.
