This petition takes exception to the order dated 15.01.2024 passed by the learned Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Nagpur below Exh.64 in Misc. Tnc Case No.MISC/ TNC/AMR-12/2016. The respondent herein had filed an application for condonation of delay in filing revision before the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal. The learned Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal allowed the said application by order dated 27.10.2021 subject to cost of Rs.10,000/-. 2.

By the order impugned the learned Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal has reduced the amount of cost to Rs.1000/-.

I am not inclined to entertain the petition against the order reducing the cost. The petition is dismissed. (N. R. BORKAR, J.) NSN
