2] According to the applicant, false report is lodged by the non-applicant no. 2 - Informant against him only to pressurize the applicant to withdraw the report lodged by him against the father of the non-applicant no. 2 and three others on 09/04/2019 i.e. one week prior to lodging of the report by the non-applicant no. 2. It is further submitted that falsity in the claim of the non-applicant no. 2 is clear from the fact that she lodged the report on 16/04/2019 about the incident alleged to have taken place on 11/02/2019.

3] Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable on 22/03/2021.
