As there is consensus that the amount which is deposited in the first appeal, in view of enhancement in pecuniary jurisdiction stood transferred to the file of learned District Judge, Chandrapur. The amount lying with this Court in the present proceedings forthwith be transmitted to the said Court.

Learned Counsel for the respondent will be at liberty to take out proceedings for withdrawal of the amount, which is required to be dealt with by the said Court in accordance with law.
