On 15.12.2021, this Court (Coram : M.S.Sonak and Pushpa V.Ganediwala, JJ.) passed order of issuance of Notices to non-applicants. However, on the said day the Court did not pass any interim order. Thereafter, on 17.1.2022 the matter was listed because learned counsel Ms Rohini Khapekar for applicants did not furnish copy to serve non-applicant No.2 and, therefore, notice to non-applicant No.2 could not be issued. Time was granted. Subsequently, when the matter was placed on 15.3.2022, learned counsel Shri Amol Hunge appeared and stated that he has instructions to appearing on behalf of non-applicant No.2. Thereafter, the matter was placed after Summer Vacations 2022.

Today, learned counsel for applicants has filed the present application for grant of Stay on filing of chargesheet. 4.

Having gone through First Information Report and order dated 15.12.2021 passed by this Court, we are independently of view that no case is made out by applicants for .....2/-
