This is an application moved by the State seeking 9 months extension to complete the enquiry as directed by this Court vide order dated 10.11.2023 in Writ Petition No.759/2022.

This Court has directed the District Magistrate, Nagpur/Collector, Nagpur to enquire into 10 point demand of the petitioner which has been detailed in our earlier order. It has been stated that due to upcoming Parliamentary Rgd.

Order 1403appw38.24 elections, the Collector being important stake holder into the entire election process, it is difficult for him to complete the enquiry within the stipulated period.

We grant three months extension with a rider that if occasion arise for seeking further extension, then the State shall serve the aggrieved party before moving this Court. Criminal Application is accordingly allowed and disposed of. JUDGE JUDGE Rgd.
