By this application, the appellant is seeking stay to the implementation and operation of the judgment and award passed in Claim Petition No.1496/2015 by Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Nagpur dated 07/02/2020.

In view of the order dated 02/01/2023, the appellant has seeks time to deposit the entire decreetal amount. Learned Counsel for the appellant submitted that the entire amount of compensation is already been deposited before the Court.

In view of that, the implementation and operation of the judgment and award dated 07/02/2020 is stayed till final disposal of the appeal.

Civil application is disposed of. Stand over to four weeks.
