Heard Adv.Dewani for petitioner. He fairly states that though not in compliance with directions contained in judgment dated 9.12.2016, the plans later have been rejected. We find that correctness of order cannot be looked into in contempt jurisdiction. Hence with liberty to petitioner to take such other steps are open to him in law, we dispose of present proceedings.
