In this writ petition, challenge has been raised to the order dated 13.02.2020 passed by the Education Officer (Secondary) thereby directing the petitioner-Management to shoulder the burden of back wages pursuant to the orders passed by the School Tribunal.
Shri Anand Parchure, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in subsequent proceedings initiated by the concerned employees the Office of the Education Officer has released the requisite amounts in favour of those employees. On receiving such amounts the concerned employees who had filed contempt petitions recorded such satisfaction and the contempt petitions came to be disposed of. In the aforesaid backdrop, the petitioner has filed C.A.W. No.2092 of 2021 praying therein that the solvency furnished by it pursuant to the interim order passed in Writ Petition No.3382 of 2015 be permitted to be returned since the challenge to the order dated 13.02.2020 now does not survive.
Accepting the aforesaid submission and in the light of the documents filed alongwith C.A.W. No.2092 of 2021 the petitioner is permitted to receive back the solvency furnished by it in view of the order passed in Writ Petition No.3382 of 2015 on 16.02.2016. C.A.W.
