Since the respondent No. 4 was a minor, the amount of compensation was deposited in Nationalized Bank. Now, the respondent No. 4 has attained the age of majority, hence he has sought for withdrawal.

Respondent No. 4 is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited in the Nationalized Bank on verifying his identity.
