DATED : 04-05-2022 The challenge is to the interim order dated 30-3-2022 passed by the Deputy Commissioner (Revenue), Nagpur in appeal preferred by the petitioners challenging the notices issued for removal of the unauthorized structure.

It would not be necessary to delve deeper in the merits of the matter.

It would be more appropriate if the Deputy Commissioner (Revenue), Nagpur-appellate authority decides the appeal finally within the next thirty days. 4.

Till then, the possession of the petitioners shall not be disturbed.

The parties shall appear before the appellate authority on 09-5-2022.
