The learned Counsel for the petitioners states that this petition challenges the order under Section 23 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 but the main application filed under Section 12 of the Act itself has been dismissed by the Trial Court and, therefore, the petition has been rendered infructuous. He, therefore, prays for disposal of this petition to be as such with liberty granted to the petitioners for taking necessary steps before the trial Court.
The writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. The parties shall have all rights as are available to them in law.
