Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants had filed a Civil Application No. 704/2022 before this Court on 23.03.2022 for withdrawal of amount of remaining compensation as deposited by the appellant. By this application, learned counsel for the applicants seeks directions to allow applicant No. 1 to withdraw the amount of compensation on behalf of applicant Nos. 2 to 7 as applicant No. 1 he has been given special power of attorney by applicant Nos. 2 to 7 to withdraw the amount.

In view of above, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (1).
