This is an application by the LRs of the deceased Govindrao Gadhave, seeking permission to join the applicant as party respondent/ intervenor in the instant appeal.

The learned counsel for the appellants, on instructions, states that he has no objection in bringing her name on record as appellant, she being daughter of the deceased Govindrao Gadhave.

In this view of the matter, civil application is allowed. The appellant to take steps to add the applicant - intervenor as Appellant No. 3 in the Appeal. S.O. to 11.12.2019.
