By the present application, the applicant seeks to transfer H.M.P. Petition No.A-804/2022 pending on the file of learned Family Court, Nagpur to learned Civil Judge, Senior Division Bhandara/Family Court, Bhandara. 2.

Needless to mention that the applicant has already filed proceeding under the Domestic Violence Act before learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Sakoli. After hearing for some time the counsel for both the parties contended that it will be inconvenient for both the parties to attend the cases in court at Nagpur, Bhandara and Sakoli. They submitted that H.M.P. Petition No.A-804/2022 may be transferred to the Family Court, Bhandara as well as the P.W.D.V. Case No.14/2022 filed before the learned J.M.F.C. Court, Sakoli be also transferred to the Family Court at Bhandara for convenience and interest of both the parties. The proposal appears to be fair one.

In view of this, the following order is passed: The H.M.P. Petition No.A-804/2022 pending on the file of Family Court, Nagpur is directed to be transferred to the Family Court, Bhandara. Likewise the P.W.D.V. No.14/2022 pending on the file of J.M.F.C., Sakoli be also transferred to Family Court, Bhandara for disposal. JUDGE NSN
