Shri Matale, learned Counsel for the applicant agrees that the situation, as recorded in the order dated 21/2/2012 passed on Civil Application No.49/2012, remains unchanged, except for the position, that the appeal filed by the applicant, before the Co-operative Appellate Court has been dismissed and there is no further challenge to the same. 2.

In that view of the matter, what has been stated in the order dated 21/2/2012, would continue to hold the field and the civil application therefore, cannot be allowed. The same is, therefore, rejected. No costs.
