The appellant claims that her husband Shaikh Mukhtar had divorced his wife respondent Abedunissa during his life time and, therefore, the respondent Abedunissa is not entitled to any inheritance. But the lower appellate Court disbelieved her case that there was divorce between Shaikh Mukhtar and Abedunissa. There is no possibility of reappraisal of evidence at the second appeal stage. The appeal does not give rise to any substantial question of law. Dismissed.
