Learned A.P.P. makes a statement that charge-sheet will be filed within a period of one week from today.

In that view of the matter and in the light of the disclosure made by the learned A.P.P. that previous 12 FIRs are pending against the applicant, we are inclined to exercise our discretionary jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Cr. P. C. for quashing of the FIR. Hence, we make the following order.

ORDER

(a) Criminal Application No.216/2015 is rejected.

(b) The applicant is at liberty to adopt such other remedy, as is available in law, after filing of the charge-sheet.
