Heard Shri S.A. Mohta, learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms. N.P. Mehta, learned AGP for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and Shri K.S. Malokar, learned counsel for respondent No. 4.

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that as inquiry report is received, with liberty to the petitioner to take necessary steps, the Court may dispose of the present Contempt Petition.

Though there is some delay in the matter, we do not see any malafides, hence, we dispose of the present Contempt Petition with liberty to the petitioner. No order as to costs.
