It is the grievance of the petitioner that in spite of interim stay granted to the impugned decision of the Scrutiny Committee, the respondent has terminated his services on the basis of decision of the Committee.

A pursis is filed by the respondent stating that vide order dated 28/02/2019, the petitioner was asked to join service. The copy of the said letter is also placed on record.

Thus, the grievance of the petitioner is redressed and nothing survives in the contempt petition. The same is accordingly disposed of. In case, the petitioner has any grievance left, the same can be considered in Writ Petition No.1124 of 2018.
