By way of present applications, the petitioners are praying for amendment of the petition due to subsequent event and also challenging the authorities.

Amendment is necessary to decide the petition effectively and since it is not objected by the respondents, both civil applications are allowed.

The petitioners to carry out the amendment on or before 28/04/2024 and supply amended copies of the petition to the respondents.
