The Petitioner has filed this Petition making a grievance that the Respondents who were duty bound to give benefits in employment or cash payment in light of acquisition of Petitioner's land have not taken any action.

According to the learned counsel for the Petitioner acquisition of the Petitioners' land was of the year 2013. Writ petition is filed in the year 2020. It is orally submitted that various representations were made but only one representation is annexed and that representation gives no details whatsoever. KOLHE

The learned counsel for the Petitioners states that a comprehensive representation would be made to the Authority. That being the position, not necessary to entertain the Petition. It is always open to the Petitioners, like any other person to make a representation and it is open to the Authorities to consider the same. This observation, however, does not mean that we have commented on the aspect of delay in the matter, which will be considered on its own merits.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
