Present application is filed by the applicant for anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in respect of Forest crime No. 02323/58052/2022, dated 11/08/2022, registered with Forest Department Samudrapur, under Sections 2(16), 9, 39, 48, 50, 51 and 52 of the Wild Life Protection Act, 1972. 3.

After hearing for the learned counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the Investigation Papers, this Court expressed that Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.
