DATE : 02.02.2016 By this petition, the petitioner has impugned the communication of the Chief Officer, Nagar Parishad, Morshi, dated 23/12/2015 asking the petitioner to submit the proof of having secured D.Ed qualification within the prescribed period or else the services of the petitioner would be terminated.

It is not disputed that before the writ petition was filed, the condition of securing the training qualification was removed and the petitioner has also secured the necessary training qualification during the pendency of the writ petition.

In view of the aforesaid, the impugned communication needs to be quashed and set aside. The impugned communication is quashed and set aside. Order accordingly. No costs.
