The grievance in this contempt petition is about the non-compliance of the directions issued by the Court vide order dated 10/02/2021 in Writ Petition No. 374/2021.

In the aforesaid order, the respondentScrutiny Committee has been directed to decide the caste claim of the petitioner within a period of four weeks. 4.

None present for the petitioner nor the petitioner has supplied the copies of the petition to be served to the respondents.

Shri D.P. Thakare, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, makes a statement

In this view of the matter, nothing survives in the petition and hence, the contempt petition stands disposed of. All pending civil applications are also disposed of accordingly.
