DATE : 19.9.2017.

Miscellaneous civil application seeks recall of a rejection order passed by the Registrar (J.) for non-removal of office objections. There is a delay of 9 days in taking the miscellaneous civil application. Civil Application No.688/2017 is, therefore, taken out for the condonation of delay. For the reasons stated in the civil application and miscellaneous civil application, the delay in filing the miscellaneous civil application for recalling the order of rejection of registration of writ petition is condoned and the writ petition is restored. The learned counsel for the petitioner shall now remove the office objections within a period of two weeks from today, failing which the petition shall stand rejected without reference to Court. The civil application and miscellaneous civil application are disposed of accordingly. No costs.

JUDGE Tambaskar.
