It appears that the applicant is not ready to obey the order of the learned Judge, Family Court granting maintenance to his aged father and mother.

This Court passed the following order on 13.08.2021 :- This application is taken out for condonation of delay of more than two years in preferring revision challenging the order of the learned Judge, Family Court granting monthly maintenance of Rs.3000/- to the aged father and mother.

2. I am not inclined to consider the prayer for condonation unless the applicant clears every rupee in arrears and files an affidavit of compliance in this Court, within the next fifteen days.

3. If the applicant does not clear the entire arrears of maintenance due and payable to

appr82.21.O.odt his parents, and files an affidavit of compliance, within the next fifteen days, the application may be dismissed on that ground alone.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application. 4.

Considering the contemptuous conduct, the permission to withdraw the application is rejected. 5.

The application is dismissed.
