Heard learned counsel Shri P.S.Wathore for the applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri A.R.Chutke for the State.

Detailed reasons are recorded while granting ad interim anticipatory bail. The applicant is terminated from service by Akola Municipal Corporation. Main allegations levelled against the applicant are that he prepared false bills. While granting ad interim anticipatory bail, it was observed that Superior Officer of the applicant approved plan. 3.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri A.R.Chutke for the State objecting the present application pointed out statements of Chetan, contractor of the work. He stated in statement that he has not signed any of bills and he has not received any amount.

There is no dispute that amount is not .....2/-

aba151.19 3 withdrawn as per bills. The applicant has not received any amount. There is no any mis-appropriation at this stage on the part of the applicant. Hence, the ad interim anticipatory bail granted on 11.3.2019 stands confirmed.

The criminal application is disposed of accordingly.
