The appellants have filed this application to bring the legal heirs of respondent No. 3 on record, who died on 24.01.2024. In view of the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed as prayed. The appellants are permitted to bring the legal heir of respondent No. 3 on record within two weeks and shall supply a copy of the amended appeal memo to the respondents. 3.
