By preferring this application, the applicant is seeking condonation of delay which is caused in preferring the criminal revision application against the order of granting maintenance at the rate of Rs.8000/- per month. However, delay of 12 days is caused as she was not aware about the legal procedure. Considering the reasons mentioned in the application which appears to be sufficient and satisfactory one. The application for delay of condonation is hereby allowed and Criminal Application (APPR) No.73/2025 is disposed of.
