ORDER

(Passed on 17thMarch, 2019) Executive Engineer, Lower Wardha Project Division, Wardha is present. The appellant has tendered pursis today, which is marked as "X" for identification.

The instant appeal is covered under the Government Regulations dated 3rdNovember, 2016 and 23rd February, 2017 and therefore, the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the appeal.

The appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn in terms of pursis Exh. 'X'. The Cross Objection No.81/2017 filed by respondent 1 is allowed and disposed of. No order as to Costs.

The remaining amount at the rate of Rs.2,00,000/- per hectare shall be deposited by the appellant before the reference Court within three months from the date of this order.

The respondent/claimant shall be entitled to withdraw the amount of compensation, if deposited in the reference Court/High Court, alongwith accrued interest.
